Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the full extent of any agreement between MEDICARE HEALTH PRODUCTS LTD and you (the customer). By placing an order on www.mediclare.co.uk you agree to be bound by MEDICARE HEALTH PRODUCTS LTD’s terms and conditions set out below.
 
Price and Delivery Charges
 
Minimum spent is £30.
For orders over £30, no delivery fee is charged within UK

The cut-off order time for next day delivery (MON-THU) is 2.00pm, any order processed after this cut off time will be dispatched in the next working day, meaning:

Within Reading, the orders until 2pm will be delivered on the same day of the purchase. 

Procedure for next working day delivery (MON-THU), in the day of your delivery, your courier driver will text you an hour window, at which they will be at your door. You can respond whether to leave with neighbour/safe place. Our cost for standard next day delivery is £5 for orders up to £30.

Above £30, your delivery will be free of charge. 

Our pricing incorporates the costs of packaging, labour work, etc. All prices on our website include VAT where appropriate.
 
Our Delivery System
  
The cut-off order time for next day delivery is 14.00, any order processed after this cut off time will be dispatched the day after for the next working day delivery.

Saturday & Sunday orders for the UK will be delivered within the next working day. 
 
Methods of Payment
 
We accept payment by all credit or debit cards. You can also pay via paypal.

 We do not store your credit/debit card details.
 
Quality of goods
 
We can guarantee three things for your goods:

3) Authenticity.
 
Because our brands are specific and we work with selected suppliers, all goods on our website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. You will be notified of any changes which may occur.

From time to time the suppliers may change certain aspects of their packaging. We always endeavour to keep up to date on our website by uploading the new images, however if you receive a slightly different packaging to what you usually order, do not be alarmed (this may just be seasonal promoting).

When you make a purchase we need to collect certain information to process your transaction and fulfil Your order. We do not sell, rent or disseminate this information to any third party for marketing or any other matter. We will however need to provide the courier or delivery company with your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address (so that they wil be able to send you tracking information for your parcel) but this information will strictly only be used to ensure that your order is safely delivered to you.
  
We do not hold any of your payment information (card details) on records.

We only collect your data when you give us permission to do so, once an account has been made or you process an order, we will send e-mails, texts or phone calls to notify you of delivery times and to also confirm your purchases.
 
As a customer, you have the right to know exactly which information we have in our system about you (will not be more than your address, e-mail, phone number and name). You can always ask us to delete your information which we will comply with immediately. If there are any breaches of data we will notify you as quick as possible.
